摘    要:本文研究了AA3003铝合金微量铅0.005%的光谱分析方法。本法利用沸点4200℃的光谱纯碳电极为辅助电极;采用E601,E603,E605,E607多元素标样组成工作曲线。在相适应的电弧温度的作用下,以交流电弧为光源的分析间隙的发光蒸气云中,形成了Al-C为主体的二元主体组分浓度,使多元素标样与3003合金样品与蒸发与激发行为趋于一致,消除了组分和晶体结构的影响,解决了微量铅0.005%分析准

Abstract:The method of spectral analysis of trace Lead(0.005%)in 3003 aluminium alloy was studied. This method uses a spectral pure carbon electrode as an auxiliary electrode and adopts the working aurve of multielement standards consisting of E601.E603. E605 and E607. Under the effect of appropriate arc temperature,concentration of binary subject components in which Al-C is the main conponent is formed in the Luminous vaporous cloud of analytical gas in which alternating current is used as light source, so that the behaviour of evaporation and excit ation of the multielement standards is consistent with that of the sample of3003 alloy. The influence of components and crystal structure is eliminated.The problems of the accuracy of analysis of trace lead (0.005%)and reproducibility are resolved.
