摘    要:针对EDXRF分析中基体效应及校正等问题,以Ni-Cu,Ni-Zn,Cu-Zn三种二元体系为研究对象,首先利用Lachance-Trail算法得到各样品中元素间效应影响因子,然后再通过EDXRF测试对各元素间效应定性分析,通过比较,两种方法所得结果具有较好的一致性.最后针对(伪)二元系样品中元素间的影响,建立了基于指数拟合和对数拟合的校正方程.利用3组Ni-Cu二元系样品对此方法进行检验,除一组低含量Cu元素受到分支比扣除法影响外,其余相对分析误差均在4%以内.

Abstract:For problems of matrix effect and correction method in EDXRF technique, three kinds of bogus binary system of NiCu, Ni-Zn and Cu-Zn were chosen as research analyte. Firstly, Lachance-Trail algorithm was employed to get binary influence coefficient. Then, experimental measurement was taken to achieve qualitative analysis of binary influence effect, and good coherence was obtained after comparison. Meanwhile, exponential fitting and logarithm fitting correction equation were established to correct the effects in (bogus) binary sample. Three groups of Ni-Cu duality samples were used to test the fitting method. Compared to the actual results, the relative error of Ni and Cu was less than 4% except the one influenced by branch-ratio deduction method.
