基于波束空间SRQ快速测向算法

摘    要:提出一种基于波束空间SRQ算法的快速DOA估计算法,此算法通过降低相关矩阵的秩,从而节省了特征分解的计算时间。此新算法需要进行2步DOA估计,第1步用少量阵元数进行粗略的DOA估计,第2步在粗略DOA估计的范围内进行精确的估计。由计算机仿真结果可知,提出的算法大大降低了测向算法中特征分解的计算时间。因此,此新算法是一种实时DOA估计的有效算法。

Abstract:Recently, SRQ has been used to estimate the direction of arrivals (DOA) accurately. However, this method requires large calculation time for eigen-decomposition of the covariance matrix. This paper presents a high-speed DOA estimation based on the beam-space SRQ, which can reduce the order of the covariance matrix. The proposed method implements two-step DOA estimation. The first step is the coarse estimation in which the DOA are roughly estimated. The second step is the fine estimation in which the result of the coarse estimation is exploited and DOA are accurately estimated. The simulation results showed that the proposed method is an effective technique for reducing the calculation time for eigen-decomposition. Therefore , this method is an effective technique for real-time DOA estimation.
