| 摘 要： | 讨论了功率放大器的非线性现象及其对通信系统的影响，运用Volterra级数分析了MESFET功率放大器的非线性失真，并阐述了非线性参数以及源阻抗和负载阻抗对交调失真的影响，为功率放大器的线性化研究提供了参考.

| Abstract: | The nonlinear phenomenon of power amplifiers and its affections on the performances of communication system are discussed.Nonlinear distortions in MESFET amplifiers are analyzed with a general Volterra series.The effects of the nonlinear parameters,the source impedance and the load impedance on intermodulation distortion are researched.Therefore,some important references are provided for the linearization of PAs. |
