| 摘 要： | 用化学发光仪研究聚酯型光刻胶及其他对照化合物的发光行为.发现聚酯型光刻胶有较复杂的发光曲线,起始发光温度较低,其发光情况与双键的存在和受热时发生的自由基过程有关.讨论了发光曲线与差热分析曲线的关系,以及与热稳定性有关的合成条件、使用条件和保存期.

| Abstract: | Luminosity of polyester type photoresists and other contrast matters were studied. The luminosity curve of the polyester type photoresist was found rather complex and -the giving out light temperature lower. The luminosity was related to the double bond and the free-radical when the sample was headed. The reiationship between the luminosity curve and the DTA curve was discussed together with the preparation,the preservation time in reference to stability of heat. |
