摘    要:知识经济社会,知识是核心,知识是关键。教育的希望在教师,只有确立“以人为本”的教育理念,才能使教育适应知识社会的发展。教师要在教学观念,教师观,目标培养观进行转变,尽快适应“以人为本”新教育观念下的角色转色。

Abstract:In the knowledge economy society, knowledge is the nucleus and knowledge is the key. The hope of the education is on the teachers, and only when the human-being centered teaching theory was established, could the education adapt to the development of the knowledge society. Teachers should transform from the teaching concepts, teachers' viewpoints and ideal cultivation, and conform to the human-being centered teaching theory as soon as possible.
