| Abstract: | The importantance and design of troubleshooting in environmental stress screening presented, including the selection of defective products, the reuirements in selecting troubleshooting parameters and the parameter calculation. The rationality of the troubleshooting design is demonstrated with some examples. The proposed approach will be helpful for the troubleshooting in environmental stress screening of electronic products. |
