挠性杆结构分析和材料选用

摘    要:采用有限元法对挠性摆式加速度计中挠性杆的结构进行计算分析,提出了挠性杆转动特性以及转动中心的后移问题,在计算分析的基础上结合加工及装配工艺性得出方形杆圆弧形关节是一种较为合理的结构。计算得出的挠性杆应力场表明,挠性关节所受的应力是比较小的,而实践中挠性杆易折断,这说明挠性关节在加工时已受损伤,应将提高挠性杆可靠性的重点放在制作工艺上。

Abstract:he paper adopted the finite element method to calculate and analyse thestructure of the flexure joint of the flexure-pivot accelerator.It pointed out the rotationproperty and backward movement of the rotation certre point of the flexure joint. Based onthe calculation and analysis and the manufacture technology.It was made clear that circle-arc joint which had a square section was a better one.According to the stress field, thestress of the flexure joint is fairly small,so the fact that the flexure bar was easily fracturedproved that the flexure joint was damaged during its manufacturing process. Therefore, thekey to enforce the liability of the flexure bar was in the manufacturing process.
