摘    要:以邻甲苯胺为原料,以冰醋酸为酰化试剂来合成邻甲基乙酰苯胺,考察影响酰化反应的主要因素,结果表明最适宜的反应条件是:锌粉冰醋酸的用量为邻甲苯胺:锌粉=0.1mol:0.1g。n(冰醋酸):n(邻甲苯胺)=5:1;分馏温度控制在100~105℃,最终所得产品收率可达81.5%。

Abstract:2-Methylacetanilide was synthesized with O-toluidine as raw material and acetic acid as reagent of acylation.The factors that have influence on the action were investigated.The results showed that the optimal condition were molar ratio of Zinc of dosage with ratio of 2-toluidine to Zn 0.1mol:0.1g,the molar ratio of 2-toluidine to acetic acid 0.2:0.5;acylation 100~105℃,the yield of 2-Methylacetanilide such conditions was about 81.8%.
