新型近红外脑血氧监测设备的研制

摘    要:文中研制了一种双光源双探头近红外脑血氧监测设备,实现对双侧脑组织局部血、氧参数的同时检测,两个光源通过脉冲序列信号控制分时发光,同时检测双侧脑组织局部血、氧参数,为临床通过对比来评价患侧脑血氧变化量提供了新方法,同时以四通道输出两侧脑组织的血容量和氧含量信息,供计算机进行功率谱、相关性等后处理,从而实现对病人双侧脑组织血、氧变化参数长时间实时、连续的监测。

Abstract:The main purpose of the paper is to describe the design of the near-infrared blood-oxygen monitorwith duallight sources and dual detectors, and the monitor can detect the blood-oxygen parameters of two sides of the local brain tissue. The monitor has two lamp s, they are lightened alternately by the pulse sequence, which make the monitor achieve the function of dual detectors. At the same time, the apparatus can monitor the brain blood-oxygen parameters of the patients continuously in real time, and output the curves of the blood2oxygen parameters of two sides of brain tissue.
