螺旋内肋管内对流换热的三维数值模拟

摘    要:针对螺旋内肋管内壁面结构复杂的特点,发展了一种新的网格划分方法,采用结构化的六面体网格,提高计算精度的同时又可节省计算量。应用Fluent软件对螺旋内肋管内的湍流流动和换热进行了三维数值模拟,数值模拟结果与Jensen等人的实验数据吻合良好。在其他参数相同的条件下对矩形、三角形、半圆形三种顶端外形轮廓的肋片性能进行了数值分析比较。

Abstract:A new method is developed for the discretization of the complex structure of the spirally inner finned tubes. High quality hex mesh was adopted which can reduce cell counts and improve the accuracy of simulation. Numerical simulation on the flow and heat transfer in spirally inner finned tubes was done by using Fluent, and the results was in good agreement with the Jensen's experimental data. The performances of the rectangle, triangle, and round crest inner fins with same fin height, width and helix angle were numerically compared.
