Abstract:A method based on capillary electrophoresis with high frequency conductivity detection was(developed) for the determination of captopril in body fluids.In this study,key factors for the separation and(determination) were studied and the best analysis conditions were obtained.In a buffer system of(3.0 mmol/L) cyclohexylamine 5.0 mmol/L boric acid 0.50 mol/L ethanol,when 20.0 kV was used as the separation potential,the optimal separation was obtained.Under the chosen conditions,captopril was eluted within(8 min).
