| 摘 要： | 对２５例再障患者头发、血清和骨髓组织中锌、硒含量进行测定，并与２０例健康人作比较，再障头发、血清和骨髓内锌、硒含量均明显低于正常人，Ｐ＜０．０１；有感染的１３例患者血清锌低于正常人，Ｐ＜０．０１；未有感染的病人血清锌与正常组无差异，Ｐ＞０．０５．提示再障患者存在着锌、硒元素代谢异常，可能是再障发病机理的因素之一．

| Abstract: | The levels of Zn and Se in the hair. serum and bone marrow of a total of 25 patients suffering from aplastic anemia were detected in comparison with 20 healthy persons. The contents of Zn and Se in above tissues of aplastic anemia cases were less than those of healthy persons. P <0. 01. The serum contents of Zn in 13 patients with infectiousness is less than that in healthy person;,P <0. 01. However. in other patients who escaped from infections complication the concentration of Zn in serum is as many as in the healthy particupants. P >0. 05. Thus, the patients of aplastic anemia have a metabolic abnormal state of Zn and Se elements, it may be a factor participated in the aplastic anemia etiopathology. |
