| 摘 要： | 本文根据文献的有关资料,综述了粉末衍射图形拟合修正晶体结构的方法。介绍了这一方法的基本理论与所用的衍射线的峰形函数、线宽函数和择优取向修正函数;叙述了中子衍射和X射线衍射的不同实验方法,并比较其优缺点;讨论了这一方法的应用范围和有关问题。

THE REFINEMENT OF CRYSTAL STRUCTURE BY POWDER DIFFRACTION PROFILE FITTING |

| Abstract: | The refinement of crystal structure by the powder diffraction profile fitting method is reviewed on the basis of the relevant in the literature. Its basic theory, the profile function of diffraction lines, the line width function as well as the refined function of preferred orientation are described. Various experimental methods by neutron and x-ray diffractions are described and compared. Its application and some problems concerned are also discussed. |
