| Abstract: | The former backup roll of a certain plate rolling mill is double conical degree flat roll.The work roll contour increases as work time increases during the service period of backup roll. In this article,the roll contours of work roll and backup roll are optimized to positive value by optimizing the calculation of roll contour.It is confirmed that the roll contour can solve the problem in production and reduce roll consumption greatly. |
