新加坡公务员管理的成功经验及其启示

摘    要:新加坡在公务员管理方面有着成功的经验,能给我们的公务员队伍建设提供以下一些启示:1.加大培训力度,进一步提高公务员的素质和技能;2.严把公务员进入关,严格控制公务员数量;3.创新考核评估制度,充分发挥公务员的潜能;4.改革薪金制度,加大廉政建设和反腐力度;5、增强敬业精神,提高办事效率。在学习和借鉴新加坡的经验时,要注意坚持走有中国特色的公务员队伍建设之路。

Abstract:Singapore has successful experience in the management of civil servants which serve us for reference in the building of the civil servant groups in the following aspects: 1.strenthen the training and improve the quality and competence of civil servants; 2. enroll the competent civil servants and strictly control the quantity of them; 3. innovate the check-up and evaluation system and tap the civil servants' potential; 4. reform the salary system and strengthen the building of an honest and clean government and fight against corruption; 5. strengthen the spirit of loyalty to work and improve the work efficiency. While we learn and use the experience of Singapore for reference, we must stick to the building of the civil servant contingent with the Chinese feature.
