混频技术测量单次脉冲微波频率的实验研究

摘    要: 介绍了用混频技术测量单次脉冲微波频率的方法,用50ns、5GHz的单次脉冲微波对混频系统进行了实验研究。目前, 已用此技术测量了虚阴极振荡高功率微波锁频产生的单次微波的频率,并对混频输出的中频信号进行快速傅里叶变换(FFT),得到单次脉冲微波的3dB带宽。

Abstract:In this paper a method of using heterodyne technique to measure frequencies of single pulse microwave is introduced and heterodyne measurement system is researched by using 50ns,5GHz single microwave pulse.This technique has been used to measure single high power microwave pulse frequencies from an Oscillating Virtual Cathod, and the 3dB bandwith of single pulse microwave can been obtained by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) of mixer output signal.
