摘    要:提出了导数原子吸收光谱法直接测定水中痕量元素的方法,它是基于测定导数原子吸收值,即吸光度随时间的变化率来提高原子吸收分析灵敏度的一种新技术。方法具有简单快速,灵敏度高,检出限低的优点,可直接用于水质的常规分析。

Abstract:It is reported that by the use of the derivative atomic absorption spectrometry, the sensitivity of determination of some of the metal elements (Cu、 Mn、 Fe、 Zn、 Cd、 Pb) can be remarkably improved. The opti mum condition for the determination was studied thoroughly. The extents of the raising of sensitivities of the above mentioned elements are found to be 20~50 times higher as compared with the conventional FAAS methods. The limits of detection are also much lower, improved to the extent of 5 to 11 times. This method has been applied to the analysis of water with recoveries in the range of 90.0%~110.0%.
