生物降解高分子/羟基磷灰石复合材料研究进展

摘    要:由于高分子/HA复合材料兼具HA优良的生物性能和高分子材料良好的力学性能而受到了广泛的重视.本文综述了近年来生物降解高分子/羟基磷灰石复合材料的研究进展,介绍了胶原及其衍生物、聚酯、甲壳素及其衍生物、淀粉等可降解高分子材料与羟基磷灰石复合作为骨修复材料的研究进展,并对此类材料存在的问题和发展前景进行了讨论.

Abstract:The polymer/HA composites have attracted more attention since the combination of bioactive HA and low-elastic modulus,ductile polymer allows its having a good biocompatibility and mechanical properties.
