| Abstract: | People pay more and more attention to the effect of the teaching of practical stage in training the high quality innovation talents. From the point of view of independently setting the course, this paper discribes the design idea, the tri-layer experimental teaching system, the constitution of experiment course contents, the concrete organization implementation and practical effect of the electrical measurement. |
