| Abstract: | The main purpose of this paper is using the quadratic residue theory and the number of the solutions of one kind symmetry congruence equations to study the computational problem on one kind of fourth power mean of generalized 3-dimensional Kloosterman sums,and give a sharp asymptotic formula for it. |
