大鼠血液细胞介电谱的数学模型分析

摘    要:利用Cole-Cole方程的数值计算大鼠血液细胞介电谱,并进行曲线拟合分析,确立正常大鼠血液细胞射频电生理特性.结果显示:在射频段大鼠血液细胞介电谱满足Cole-Cole数学方程,曲线拟合误差<3%.

Abstract:The dielectric spectra of blood cells of normal rat have been analyzed by numerical calculation and curve fitting of Cole-Cole equation, and the electrophysiological properties of blood cells of normal rat have been established within the radio frequency range. The results show that the dielectric spectra of rat blood cells have been proved to fit the Cole-Cole formula within the radio frequency range, and residual error of curve fitting is lower than 3%.
