阳离子交换树脂在线富集/火焰原子发射光谱法直接测定健康人尿中锂的研究

摘    要:采用732磺酸型阳离子交换树脂在线富集、4mol/L HCl洗脱,直接进样火焰原子发射光谱法测定健康人尿中的痕量锂。方法可消除尿中大量有机物的干扰,富集5.0mL标准试液比直接测定信号增大3.5倍,绝对检出限达7.5ng。标准加入法5次测定尿样的RSD为4.7%。

Abstract:The concentration of lithium in healthy-person's urine is more lower than in patient's. The sensitivity of determination lithium by FAAS is no good.In this paper. a method of on-line preconcentration with 732 sulforic cation exchange resin. eluting by 4mol/L HCl and detection directly by flame atomic emission spectrometry is used to determinate the trace lithium in healthy -person's urine. The ieterference of a large quantity of organic substance is eliminated. The emission peak of determination by preconcentration 5. 0 mL urine is 3. 5 times as much as by directly. The absolute detection limit is 7. 5 ng. RSD of 5measurements with standard addition method is 4. 7%.
