| Abstract: | The carbonyl groups of diaryl ketones and diaryl diketones were directly fluorinated with bis(2-methoxyethyl)aminosulfur trifluoride (Deoxofluor) under neat conditions to give the corresponding gem-difluorides and tetrafluorinated derivatives in moderate to high yields. |
