摘    要:近年来,光电高分子的研究由于其在发光二极管、太阳能电池、光信息材料、传感器等方面的潜在应用而得到了广泛重视1].自从英国剑桥大学Cavendish实验室的Burroughes等首次发现聚对亚苯基亚乙烯基的电致发光现象以来2],共轭聚合物作为发光材料的研究迅速引起了人们的注意3~5]

Abstract:Polysilanes are a new type of σ-conjugated polymers which exhibit excellent optical properties.Here,we report a three-dimensional hyperbranched polysilane,which was synthesized via Wurtz coupling method using dichloromethylphenylsilane and trichlomethylsilane as monomers.The hyperbranched polysilane has good solubility in common organic solvents and has molecular weight M_w=1.21×10~4.The structure and morphology of the hyperbranched polysilane were studied by FT-IR,NMR,XRD and SEM.The UV spectrum and PL emission spectrum indicate that the resulting polymer emits blue photoluminescence,and the TGA and DSC suggest that the resulting polymer has good thermal stability and high glass transition temperature.All these make the hyperbranched polysilane a good optical material.
