| Abstract: | Construction units may often meet some behaviors to their disadvantage in tendering and contract signing.Therefore,they should strengthen their legal sense,train professional talents,enhance their sense of risk prevention and protect the interests of enterprises to successfully win the bid and achieve the economic efficiency for the legal guarantee of the allocation of state-owned assets. |
