测试材料常温热导率的恒温器设计

摘    要:为了满足筒体形状工件常温温区轴向热导率参数的测量需要,研制出一套材料常温热导率测试用恒温器,利用真空绝热解决测试中热量损失问题;通过稳定试样加热与散热端面温度的方法建立测试条件,主要对恒温器测试室的真空度实现和工作平面温度控制进行设计和测试验证,结果达到了预期指标要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of measuring axial thermal conductivity parameters of cylindrical workpiece in constant temperature zone,a set of thermostat for measuring thermal conductivity of materials at room temperature was developed,and the heat loss in the test was solved by vacuum adiabatic method.The test conditions were established by means of stabilizing the temperature of the heating and cooling end surfaces of the samples,and the vacuum degree of the thermostat test room and the temperature control of the working plane were designed and tested.
