摘    要:本文分析了目前电力客服热线质检方法的局限性,梳理问题解决主要突破口,建设了基于语音分析技术的智能质检系统,旨在借助信息技术解决客户服务热线服务过程中的短板问题,对服务质量进行有效的监督和管理,以增强客服质检的深度、广度和力度。

Abstract:Tthis paper analyzes the limitation of the current quality inspection method of electric customer service hotline,combs the main breakthrough of solving the problem,and builds an intelligent quality inspection system based on voice analysis technology.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of short board in the process of customer service hotline service by means of information technology,and to supervise and manage the service quality effectively,so as to strengthen the depth,breadth and strength of customer service quality inspection.
