摘    要:目的:探索较好的扦插基质,为石楠藤的人工栽培奠定基础。方法:采用不同基质对石楠藤进行扦插对比实验,实验数据采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:不同基质对石楠藤扦插的成活率和长势有显著影响。以珍珠岩+腐殖土(1∶1)作为扦插基质成活率可达90%,以壤土作为基质,石楠藤长势比其它基质好。结论:珍珠岩+腐殖土(1∶1)为石楠藤扦插繁殖的理想基质。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to explore the better cuttings substrate and lay the foundation of the artificial cultivation of Piper wallichii. Method: We used different substrate to do comparative test of cuttings propagation and analyzed experiment data by SPSS17. 0 statistical software. Result: Different substrate have a significant effect on survival rate and growth vigor of Piper wallichii. The cottage survival rate of Piper wallichii is up to 90 % when the substrate is perlite + muck( 1 ∶ 1),and the growth vigor of Piper wallichii in loam soil is better than others. Conclusion: perlite + muck( 1∶ 1) is the ideal matrix for Piper wallichii cutting propagation.
