| Abstract: | Dynamic quadrupole polarizability of lithium atom has been calculated in its ground state using linked cluster many-body perturbation theory. Van der Waals constants have been calculated for dipole-quadrupole and quadrupole-quadrupole interactions of lithium atoms with helium and other lithium atoms. The results compare well with other available values. |
