莲房多酚的微波辅助提取技术

摘    要:采用微波辅助提取莲房中多酚类化合物,并与体积分数60%丙酮回流提取法相比较.通过考察溶剂体积分数、微波输出功率、料液比、微波辅助萃取时间四因素,设计正交试验,优化莲房多酚提取工艺条件为:提取时间90 s,微波输出功率700 W,丙酮体积分数为60%,料液比1: 25(g·mL-1).在此条件下,莲房多酚和原花青素的提取得率分别为11.88%和5.58%,是体积分数60%丙酮回流提取法结果的2.1倍和2.6倍.经IR分析和HLPC检测,微波对莲房多酚类物质的结构和组成无影响,表明微波辅助法适合莲房多酚的提取.
