基于运动学的可重构方法及其应用

摘    要:基于可重构机床的特点,用矩阵描述的方法建立机床组成模块的运动学模型;给出选择机床模块的标准;根据机床的结构特点及功能要求,由所选择的模块生成机床的所有拓扑结构;结合所给出的方法分析了多功能选择性激光烧结机的设计.研究表明,采用可重构的方法设计选择性激光烧结机,可以节约设计费用及制造费用.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of a reconfigurable machine tool, the kinematic model and the task matrix were established with matrix for the module used to construct the machine tool. The modules can be selected according to the given standard, and all kinds of topology may be built by these modules based on the requirement of function and structure feature of the machine tool. A blueprint of a multifunctional selected laser sintering machine was given out following these methods. Because of these methods, the expenses of design and manufacturing are cut down.
