摘    要:以稻秸为原料,采用高频热压法制备轻质稻秸保温材料,研究了高频热压工艺条件(包括高频热压时间、稻秸单元含水率和施胶量)对保温材料性能的影响。结果表明:高频热压时间240 s、稻秸单元含水率14%、施胶量8%时制得的保温材料,其力学性能均能满足欧洲EN相关标准的要求,且导热系数仅0.051~0.053 W/(m·K),可以有效代替常规保温材料,更兼具价格低廉、质轻、无毒、无害、无环境污染等优势。


High-frequency hot pressing technology of rice straw insulation board
Abstract:To develop new field for effective utilization of the agricultural straws, rice straw insulation material was developed using high frequency hot pressing.Effects of moisture content(MC), pressing time and resin content on properties of rice straw insulation material were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of rice straw insulation materials prepared at the conditions of pressing time of 240 s, the moisture content of 14%, the resin content of 8%, could meet the standard of EN and the thermal conductivity values range from 0.051-0.053 W/(m·K). The prepared rice straw insulation materials could effectively replace the conventional insulation materials in the market, and caused extreme interest for energy saving and environment-friendly as the building insulation materials. Because of its low price and density, non-toxic, harmless, no pollution and other unique advantages.
