| Abstract: | We obtain the maximum likelihood estimator and the simulated moment estimator of parameters of two-parameter exponential distribution with full sample size based on tampered failure rate model under step-stress accelerated life testing.Thereafter we show the feasibility of this method by Monte-Carlo simulation. |
