Abstract: | The formation of impurity-vacancy complexes has been studied with ion-implanted radioactive119Xe and its decay products, which populate the119Sn Mössbauer state via the decay chain119Xe→119I→119Te→119Sb→119Sn. The results of these implantations arecompared to those from earlier119In or Sbimplantations. |
