| 摘 要： | 银行业协会在规范银行业市场交易行为、维护银行业市场秩序和维护银行业合法权益方面发挥着重要的作用;银行业协会有自律、协调、维权和服务四大职能;银行业协会组织＂散乱＂,要对我国的银行业行业协会进行重整,避免多头管理;银行业行业协会的定位不清,要明确定位,健全银行业协会自律管理的职能;银行业协会社会形象模糊,要优化银行业协会协调职能,发挥对内对外的作用。
