电子元器件在电路仿真中的建模

摘    要:电子电路原理图仿真最大的瓶颈在于准确的电子元器件建模。针对这一难点提出两种建模方法:对于简单的半导体器件.通过设置代表该器件结构参数的方法建模;而对于常用电路单元和新的集成器件,通过创建子电路的方法建模。通过pspice仿真验证这两种方法的有效性和准确性。

Abstract:The biggest bottleneck of electronic circuit schematic simulation consists in the accurate electronic parts modeling.Aiming at this difficulty,the paper brings forward two kind of modeling methods.One is parameter modeling,this method is used in simple semiconductor parts;the other is subcircuit modeling,this method is used in common circuit cells and new IC products.The validity and veracity of these two methods is validated in this paper by pspice simulation.
