XX型炮弹的三轴加速度测试研究

摘    要:为获取某炮弹在发射过程中弹丸所受环境的三轴加速度信号,研制小体积、抗高冲击、抗高过载的基于压阻式传感器的采集系统.采用Hopkinson杆动态校准传感器灵敏度。通过对存储测试电路模块的缓冲保护,克服试验过程中火炮发射时一系列恶劣环境因素的影响。获得的试验数据为XX型炮弹在发射技术方面的改进提供了必要依据。

Abstract:In order to get the complete tri-axis signal during the transmission of XX cannonball,a small size,anti-high impact,anti-high resistance data acquisition circuit based on piezo resistive sensor is developed.Using Hopkinson rod to dynamicly calibrate sensitivity of sensor.By the cushion protection of memory test circuit module,the effects of serious circumstance during the launch of the XX cannonball are overcame.And the datas from the experiment provide necessary basis in the improvement of launch technolog...
