| Abstract: | This paper points out that there is a certain relation between the appearance of the "suicide show" in the city and the function of the police,but when faced with it the policemen must speculate on the situation: the character of the "suicide show" and the policemen's functions.Don't undertake all the things,needless to say,exceed one's duties and meddle in other's affairs. |
