| 摘 要： | 内地师范学校西藏班汉语教学一直存在不少困惑,如藏族学生汉语基础较差、教材不适用、课时有限、教学方法陈旧等,这些问题的存在,严重影响了藏生汉语水平的提高.如何有效提高藏族学生的汉语水平,从教者必须作一番深入的探索和研究.作者摸索十余年,觉得需要在因材施教的总原则下,对教材和教学方法作大胆的改革和创新.
