球面反射镜镜面热变形的数值分析

摘    要:对热环境下球面反射镜的镜面热变形进行了数值模拟分析,应用光机热(TSO)集成分析方法,在对光机结构进行有限元分析的基础上,以Zernike多项式为接口工具拟合镜面变形,评估了环境载荷对光机系统光学性能的影响,最后还分析了硅橡胶层对光机系统结构应变能的吸收效用。

Abstract:Numerical analysis is made for surface deformation of a spherical reflector in thermal environment,using TSO integrated analysis method.Based on the finite element analysis for opto-mechanical structure,fit the deformed mirror surface with Zernike polynomial as a interface tool,and evaluate the effect of environment loads to opto-mechanical structure's optical performance.The effect that silastic-layer could absorb structural strain energy in the Opto-Mechanical system is also analyzed.
