熔池自激振荡的力学模型

摘    要:本文提出熔池内钢水波动过程中的粘性损耗、回流运动与气泡上浮的能量可互为补偿,形成接近于无损的“自激振荡”式的波动。经过近似处理,推导出自激振荡的力学模型。在水模实验中可以看到,气泡上浮激发的是A型波,而生产实践中一般也激发A型波。按本力学模型所进行的流场速度计算,与在水模实验中所进行的二维激光测速的实测流场相比较,其分布与数值相当一致。

Abstract:Suggests that the energies due to viscous loss, turbulence and bubble buoyancy in molten-steel waving process are complementary in a metal pool, thus forming a self-exciting shock type of waving movement coming near to loss-free. A mathematical model is therefore developed by approximation for such a self-exciting shock. It was seen from a hydraulic modelling test that the wave excited by bubble buoyancy is of A type, whereas the same also took place in actual production. The velocity distribution in flow field, calculated using the model, is found in good agreement with that measured through two-dimensional laser measurement system in test.
