| Abstract: | The uncertainty for determination of Si, Fe and Cu in pure-aluminum by ICP-AES was evaluated. The sources of uncertainty in process of determination of Si, Fe and Cu were analyzed. The mathematics model was established. The components of standard uncertainty, combined standard uncertainty, and expanded uncertainty were calculated. |
