Abstract:Octa(benzo-15-crown-5)-substituted phthalocyanine and its complexes with d-metals (NiII, CoII, CuII, ZnII, and CdII) have been synthesized for the first time. The compounds were studied by UV—Vis spectroscopy, MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, NMR, ESR, IR spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. The dependence of the spectral characteristics of the studied compounds on the ion radius of the complexing agent was demonstrated. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk.
