摘    要:探讨了用LC/MS/MS联用仪测定液压油中的微量添加剂磷酸三苯酯的方法。应用MRM方式记录了HPLC的流出峰,结果表明被分析样品浓度在1~7mg/L范围内,色谱峰面积与浓度有良好的线性关系。讨论了LC/MS/MS技术实验条件的选择方法。

Abstract:Quantitative method to determine trace additive triphenyl phosphate in hydraulic oil by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) was studied. Use multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) technology to record chromatographic peak flowed from high performance liquid chromagraphy (HPLC) . When concentration range of triphenyl phosphate is in 1-7 mg/L, the chromatographic peak area and concentration are of good linear relation. Experiment conditions of the method were also discribed.
