| Abstract: | An "arrested" chloride abstraction occurs in the reaction of trans-RuCl(2)(DMeOPrPE)(2) with TlPF(6); the product is a 1-D coordination polymer in which the Tl(I) centers have an unusual octahedral coordination geometry with a stereochemically active 6s(2) lone pair. |
