直线步进电机的计算机控制系统

摘    要:基于作者完成的直线步进电机计算机控制系统,提出了二相混合式直线步进电机的最佳控制方案和控制函数。对直线步进电机有关机电性能的试验表明,由于采用了本文提出的最佳控制方案和控制函数,电机不但获得了高的定位分辨率,而且起动和停止时变得稳定。电机的动态特性也大大改善,在极低速运行时,也完全避免了电机机械谐振的出现。我们看到,正是由于采用了计算机控制技术,才有可能使直线步进电机特有的功能和长处得以充分发挥,并将为直线步进电机的成功应用开拓广阔前景。

Abstract:Based on the accomplished computer control system for the linear stepping motor by the author, the optimum control scheme and control function of the motor are proposed. Due to the use of this control method, it is proved by the mechanical and electrical performance experiments that a higher location distinguishability, more smoothing operation during starting or stopping, a well improvement for its dynamic characteristics and full avoidance of its mechanical resonance at very low-speed operation are obtained for the linear stepping motor.
