摘    要:介绍了太赫兹时域光谱系统的基本结构和工作原理,利用目前世界上最先进的太赫兹时域光谱系统TPS spectra 1000测量了湿度为60%的情况下水汽的太赫兹吸收谱,结果说明水汽具有众多太赫兹吸收谱,其中18.57cm-1、47.11cm-1、96.08cm-1三条谱线是水分子的振转谱,可以作为系统的校准谱线。

Abstract:Basic structure and operating principle of terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system are introduced in this paper.The detection of water vapor absorption lines is carried out at the humidity condition of 60% by the advanced system TPS spectra 1000.The results show that water vapor has many absorption peaks in the terahertz bands,and there are three vibration rotation spectrum peaks of water molecule at the place of 18.57cm-1、47.11cm1and 96.08cm-1 which can be used as calibrate lines in the system.
