| 摘 要： | 光谱仪是一种重要的光电检测仪器,CCD光谱仪正朝着小型化甚至微型化的方向发展.针对便携式光谱仪的特点及要求提出一种光谱仪CCD智能检测器设计方案,它结合了单片机智能化控制的特点和CPLD时序准确、可编程的优点.并且该检测器集成了USB数据接口,可通过计算机软件进行光谱采集,并能实时控制积分时间,实现了光谱仪CCD检测器的小型化、智能化和集成化.
