摘    要:利用液体深层发酵方法进行灵芝菌丝最佳培养基和菌种最适种龄的确定.通过单因素实验和正交实验,研究了不同培养基对液体深层发酵灵芝菌丝生长及多糖含量的影响,确定了灵芝液体深层发酵的培养基配方为:玉米粉3%,豆粉3%,KH2PO40.15%,MgSO40.15%;并且通过研究菌种种龄对液体深层发酵灵芝菌丝生物量及漆酶活性的影响,确定了灵芝液体深层发酵所需菌种的最适种龄为4d.

Abstract:The optimum culture medium and seed age of Ganoderma Lucidum mycelia were determined by submerged fermentation, and the effects of different optimum culture medium on the growth of Ganoderma Lucidum mycelia and polysaccharide were investigated using single fac- tor and orthogonal experiment in this study. The results showed that the optimum culture medi- um for fermentation liquid seed culture was maize flour 40%, soybean powder 2 %, KH2 PO4 0. 3 %, MgSO40. 075 %. The results also showed that the perfect seed age is 4 days by studying the influ- ence of different seed ages on the growth of Ganoderma Lucidum mycelia and pyrocatechol oxi- dase in the fermentation liquid.
